Intercom Integration
OVERVIEW
Unison supports multiple intercom systems and brings them together in a single unified user interface.
The status of each intercom device is monitored and presented on interactive graphical maps making it easy to identify the location of the call.
If an access-controlled door has been associated with the intercom station, the operator can manually unlock it if required.
The intercom integration and operator interactivity is configurable to cater to different applications and to streamline the desired workflow.
In environments with many intercom stations, the Unison software can be configured to queue the calls. This enables the operator to respond to multiple requests in a speedy and methodical manner.
